Now Available at The Fit SRQ Yoga
Yoga is now part of The Fit SRQ training environment, supporting mobility, flexibility, strength, and recovery.
This is a form driven, breath led approach where alignment is corrected, breath is trained, and movement is refined in real time. We move and adapt based on what your body is doing.
Sessions are structured with purpose while remaining responsive, helping you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve how your body performs and recovers.
Led by Tara Logel, E RYT 200 and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, teaching since 2011, with training across Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Restorative, Bikram hot yoga, Yin, Kriya, and Jnana Yoga.
Private sessions available. Group classes coming soon.
