"At TheFit, we’re not just building strength; we’re building confidence, community, and a
lifestyle of excellence."
A Bit About Me
My journey in fitness began at Eastern Kentucky University, where I studied Exercise
Science while playing college football. That foundation taught me discipline, resilience,
and the importance of pushing beyond limits.
After moving to Southern Florida, I became a Personal Training Manager at Lifestyle
Family Fitness and discovered a passion for competing in Fitness America and Tri-
Fitness. Along the way, I realized that private studios offered the best environment to
truly focus on clients combining training with nutrition counseling for complete
transformation.
This passion led me to launch and operate a healthy meal delivery company catering to
individual needs and helping people achieve their goals outside the gym. After selling
the company, I returned to personal training, reigniting my love for one-on-one
coaching.
Over the years, after working in gyms and health clubs, I’ve taken the best of all worlds
and created a unique club designed for both trainers and elite gym-goers. My
vision was to build a private gym that feels like a personal trainer’s paradise —
equipped with everything needed to create the perfect atmosphere for growth,
performance, and success.
